This was the first building completed in a large-scale 18-acre mixed use development on Baltimore’s harborfront. It has also contributed to the liveliness and “feet-on-the-street” feel of this up and coming hot spot. At the time of its completion, it commanded the highest rent per square foot in the city. This 113-unit building has a 212-space parking facility, community room, boardroom, health club, elevated outdoor plaza, swimming pool and hot tub. Many of this luxury apartment building’s units have a spacious balcony overlooking downtown Baltimore or the harbor. Units range from 405 SF for an efficiency to 1,700 SF for the three-bedroom penthouse suite.
