At the intersection of Rockville Pike and Marinelli Road in Montgomery County, Maryland, MetroPike is planned as a 485,000 SF mixed-use development. Adjacent to the White Flint Metro stop, the site will house approximately 229 residential rental units – 12.5% will be "Moderately Priced Dwelling Units", 5.5% will be workforce housing units, and the remaining 82% are to be rented at market rates, per the guidelines of the Montgomery County Housing Policy. Also included in the development are 102,000 SF of office space, 126,000 SF of retail and over 1,000 spaces of below-grade parking.
