This 13-story, 205-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel is part of a mixed-use development with a 369 space parking garage, 162,000 SF of office space, a gourmet grocery store and street level retail shops. Located on the southwest corner of this full block development project, the hotel tower offers guests spectacular views of Baltimore's world-renowned Inner Harbor. The modification of the prototype design has produced an efficient and distinctive image for the business traveler. The hotel contains all of the amenities of a Courtyard by Marriott hotel including 2100 SF of meeting space, a café, restaurant and bar and health club with an indoor swimming pool.

The state of the art urban office building is built around information technology firm space needs. Large, flexible, 27,000 SF floor plates enable fast moving tenants the ability to rapidly reconfigure their office environment to fit their expanding needs.
