This new residential tower is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Sitting in close proximity to the African Union and the Delegation of the European Union to African Union, the building is in a prime location.

The building facade features an undulating triangular pattern that acts as a divider between the unit balconies and a brise soleil. The ground floor of the new 18-story apartment building will have a fitness center, pool, clubroom, and leased restaurant. The second through seventeenth floor contain the units. The roof will have amenity space with outdoor kitchen and game room.
