The European brand, Meininger Hotels, will operate and lease this 135-room, 450-bed project, which will be built on a gateway site in Washington, DC. The building will feature dichromatic, color-changing panels throughout the facades. Geared towards young groups from school age through college, the brand has a fresh, simple appeal to its finishes and public spaces.
