Logan Circle, Washington, DC
The European trend of living in small, highly-designed spaces has found its way to Washington, DC. In 2014, we were asked to design a Micro-Residential project on a small infill site in the Logan Circle Neighborhood. This 18,000 square foot, 8-story, 32-unit mini tower of glass cubes playfully expresses verticality and individuality. Units range in size from 375-425 square feet. A rooftop terrace showcases spectacular views of the Washington Monument, and the project optimizes parking programming with 3 carsharing Car2Go Spaces.
