L on Liberty is a 71-unit, affordable housing apartment building in the center of downtown Baltimore. Located at the corners of North Liberty Street and Clay Street, the structure’s facade is born from Baltimore history – by abstracting a historic 1950’s photograph from the very same corner, the modular panels weave the past and present, creating a stark, modern aesthetic for the neighborhood.

The newly completed project features a vegetated roof terrace, fitness room, and bicycle storage room, providing ample amenities for the downtown commuter. The project is designed to incorporate sustainable design principles, and is certified LEED Gold. Upon opening, the L on Liberty is nearly 100% leased!
