This new Luxury Residential tower at the corner of 4th Avenue South and Lea Avenue is located in the SOBRO neightbohood of downtown Nashville Tennessee. Sitting amidst a plethora of shimmering new glass towers, our approach was to create a jewel-like stucture standing in contrast to those projects. The bulding features an undulating golden bronze metal and glass facade. sitting on a masonry base inspired by its industrial warehouse nieghborhood. The new 24-story apartment building will have a ground floor fitness center as well as street level retail. The second floor of the building will have coworking space and a garden terrace. The penthouse will have a clubroom, pool, and outdoor lounge area for residents. The project, once completed, will have a total of 501 units.
